Booking Terms & Conditions

Casual class: entitles the student to the class booked. No refunds.

Term booking: classes are to be used within the term of purchase. Make up classes are to ONLY be used in the term of purchase. No refunds.

 Class Cancellation Policy:

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel your class, we respectfully request at least 24hrs notice.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24hrs, will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

Class sizes are limited, we strongly recommend you pre-book online.

• If you are a no show the class will be forfeited.
• To cancel your class – Please sign in to Acuity to cancel the booking.

This policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend class.

Variations: We may sometimes add to or change our terms and conditions.

This includes changing class times, teachers, operating hours on public holidays, our services and membership fees.
